The lenses work well - can definitely feel a difference when I use them whilst working at night, my sleep is not affected as much. Only thing is they were a bit big for my face. Glad a local brand is doing this.

I never knew that red tinted glasses could change my sleep pattern!!!! As weird as it sounds it’s TRUE! I have been struggling with sleep for years and since I started using my NAKD red tinted glasses everyday about 2 hours before bed, I finally have a sleep routine where I am in bed fast asleep by 10 pm!!!! WHAT!!!! I actually have a proper circadian rhythm now…ME!!! So grateful to NAKD for changing my life because without sleep I am a mess. THANK YOU NAKD!!!!
