The lenses work well - can definitely feel a difference when I use them whilst working at night, my sleep is not affected as much. Only thing is they were a bit big for my face. Glad a local brand is doing this.

When should I wear them?
For your last 1–2 hours before bed, while you read, watch TV or use your phone. Take them off when you go to sleep.
Can I wear them during the day or while driving?
No. The deep red lens is for evenings only. Never wear Night lenses in daylight or for driving.
Why deep red and not clear?
Clear lenses let most blue light through. Our deep red Night lens blocks 99.9% of blue light (380–500nm), lab-tested.
Can I wear them over prescription glasses?
No, IONA Night is a frame of its own. If you wear prescription glasses, SYNC is our orange clip-on that fits most prescription frames.
Can I wear them with contact lenses?
