Eligibility for Returns

• Items must be returned within 30 days of delivery.
• Products must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as when received.

How to Initiate a Return

1. Email us at info@nakdeyewear.com with your order number and reason for return.
2. Once approved, you’ll receive instructions on how to return your product.
3. Refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 7-10 business days of receiving the returned item.

• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is defective or damaged upon arrival.
